Slide host

This origin exists so TikTok's Content Posting API can fetch carousel images. Photo posts only support PULL_FROM_URL, so the slides have to sit on a public HTTPS domain that has been verified in the developer portal.

Files live under /media/renders/<post-id>/NN.jpg, matching the paths the hub already stores against each slide.
